Having a sad day today :(

Feeling fed up today:(

I woke up this morning and just wanted to stay in bed. I can’t shake how crap life seems to be today.

The reason being is my dad is very ill, and every so often it hits me and I find it hard to cope for a while. He was diagnosed with a serious heart problem a few months ago, and has to have a major operation ASAP. I think we just assume our parents will always be there for us, no matter what.

It’s been a big shock for me to see my usually fit and healthy dad almost collapse from trying to walk up a small flight of stairs. I hate to see him like that. He visited today, and looked very drained and very ill. It just upset me more.

    Kind of makes me want to be underneath this rather big rock!!!

I’m sure I will be feeling a lot happier tomorrow, but it does help to write stuff down. I’m rather glad I started this blog.
